Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Giggles Toys (“we,” “us,” “our”) on or after the Effective Date.

1) Processing Time (Order Handling)

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing includes order verification, quality checks (where applicable), and preparing the parcel for dispatch.


2) Shipping Time (Transit Time)

Our standard shipping time is 7–16 days from dispatch.

In some cases, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control (including carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or customs processes where applicable). In such cases, shipping may take up to a maximum of 20 days from dispatch.


3) Total Estimated Delivery Time

Total estimated delivery time is generally:

  • Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping (Transit): 7–16 days (may be delayed up to 20 days max)

Estimated total: approximately 8–19 business days, and in rare cases up to 23 business days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.


4) Shipping Rates

Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any promotional free shipping offers will be displayed on the website and/or at checkout and may be subject to terms and minimum purchase requirements.


5) Order Tracking

Where available, we provide tracking information once the order has been dispatched. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier scans the parcel.

If you have not received tracking details within a reasonable period after dispatch, please contact gigglesofficialtoys@gmail.com with your order number.


6) Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

6.1 Accurate Address Required

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including unit/apartment number where applicable). We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

6.2 Returned to Sender / Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, we may offer:

  • Reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply); or
  • A refund less any non-recoverable shipping costs, where applicable.

7) Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 days from dispatch, please contact gigglesofficialtoys@gmail.com so we can assist.


8) Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

If tracking shows the parcel was delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management (if applicable).
  • Contact us at gigglesofficialtoys@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can assist with next steps.

9) Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, contact gigglesofficialtoys@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging (including any visible damage)

We will review your claim in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


10) Split Shipments

In some cases, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. If your order appears partially delivered, please allow additional time for the remaining parcels to arrive.
